We are so excited to have you join us for our wedding in Mexico! Rancho Las Cruces is a very special place for us as it holds the memory of our engagement and many amazing vacations together. It is an idyllic beach resort on the Sea of Cortes and we cannot wait to share it with you! We also want you to know how much it means to us to have you make travel plans so far in advance to help us celebrate! The details below outline the reservation process.
The dates for our wedding weekend are Thursday, October 29th through Sunday, November 1st, 2020. Please click on the link below to confirm your reservation with Rancho Las Cruces. As space is very limited, we are hoping to have you all confirm by January 15th. 10% of the booking fee will be collected upon confirmation of your reservation and the remainder will be charged 2 weeks prior to the wedding. If you are unable to confirm your reservations by January 15th, the room(s) we are holding for you will be offered to other guests.
The cost is $390/person/night, which includes room, all meals, a full open bar all weekend, taxes and fees, plus round-trip transportation from the Cabo or La Paz airports to Las Cruces. Please be advised that the minimum stay is three nights ($1,170) which covers your stay from October 29th through November 1st. Feel free to arrive a day or two earlier and stay for however long you’d like!
Las Cruces is approximately a 3-hour road trip from the Cabo Airport or a 30-minute ride from the La Paz Airport – we will help coordinate shuttles (filled with ice-cold cervezas!) to take guests to and from the airport and hotel on Oct 29th and November 1st. If you decide to come early or later, we can help you arrange a separate shuttle.
