We proudly announce our new book entitled, “Rancho Las Cruces: The Place – The People – The Flavors” which contains 165 recipes of the food and drinks served daily at the resort, including our favorite Mexican dishes. Published by members Lynn and Carolee Pomeroy.
In addition to the recipes, there are 26 framed features that enrich the journey by providing stories related to Las Cruces, and information about ingredients used in the recipes. More than 200 scenic and historical photographs are combined with 150 colorful photographs of food and drinks to provide a visual panorama of the memorable narrative that describes the people and the culinary riches of Las Cruces. The intent of the book is to provide our membership with recipes for the food we enjoy at Las Cruces and to provide financial support for the agricultural improvements at the resort.
